
WBSDS Winter 2007/Spring 2008 Training Courses
Date : Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th November 2007 (2 day course) with Steve Croxford – Special WBSDS P.A.C.E. Course.
Steve Croxford also needs no introduction. He is the official agility representative on the Kennel Club General Committee and in addition Steve is currently the selector and Team Manager of the “All Breeds” World Championship agility team.
The venue for this event is near Hinckley, Leicestershire (Close to the M1, M6 and M69). This is an outdoor venue, so anyone who books a place will need to bring their waterproofs and a deck chair. This course is strictly limited to 10 handlers. There is a good B&B and camping facilities nearby.
Handler price : WBSDS members £65 – Non WBSDS Members £95 – no spectators.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LARGE SUBSIDY AS YOU CANNOT GET THIS COURSE ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE UK FOR LESS THAN £95.
Coffee/Tea/Biscuits provided but please bring your own lunch on both days
As usual – places will be booked on a “first come – first served” basis with WBSDS members getting priority and reduced handler fees.
Course intro/itinerary & aim : We believe this is a unique agility event, for the first time we are bringing sports coaching and sports science together with traditional agility training techniques.
This event is aimed at agility handlers and trainers at all levels, from the beginner to expert. The PACE-Agility Performance Academy is more than a concept it is an approach that aims to take your agility training to the next level, whatever your starting point. We treat agility as a serious sport as well as a pastime.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking for any of the above events will be on a first come first served basis with WBSDS members being given priority. You can book a place by telephoning 01525-214717. Once you have booked the place you should send payment as instructed to secure your place. Places are non transferable and non refundable unless a suitable reserve handler can be found from the WBSDS booking waiting list.
Please note that after 1st October 2007 the booking list will be opened up to NON WBSDS handlers/spectators, so act quickly to secure your place.
In the event that you wish to book a place for one of the above events and all places are sold out you can opt to go on the reserve list and I will notify you if a place becomes available.
